We have week 1 in a 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage located in pigeon forge Tn. The resort is Sunrise Ridge and is part of the Amber Vacation Club. This week can be banked and is tradeable at 1 of their other 4 resorts (2 more in gatlinburg and 2 in Florida). Maint. Fee is $900. 2018 fees have not been paid, new owner will be responsible for paying those prior to use. We will also pay half of the transfer fee.

Thanks Rap and yes I agree great views. We have enjoyed it and the Florida beach front for the last 10 years.
Update: my wife has informed me that the maint. fee is $947 (to be exact) and will be due in January. My apologies and thanks to her for keeping me on the straight and narrow
