Kohl's Ranch is located about 18 miles from Payson AZ and a 1.5 hour drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Located in Northern AZ at the base of the Mogollon Rim on the banks of Tonto Creek, this resort is one of the few that allow pets. There is a restaurant and bar on the property, as well as basketball and tennis court, bocce ball, playground, 9 hole putting green and horseback riding.

This unit is a one bedroom, one bath, sleeps four, with a private deck and hot tub facing the creek. It is a deeded week with bi -annual float useage weeks 1-52.
There is a kennel located on the property and with advance reservation pets are allowed in some of the rooms and on the decks anytime so your best friend can be with you, just outside.
First use week will be 2012, the maintenance fees are paid for 2102. MF $398 every year, even years.
