On the beach with direct beach access. Indoor Pool and hot tub. 2 outdoor pools with hot tubs. TOTALLY FREE. Seller will pay deed transfer and resort transfer fees. 2012 week has been used.

I am interested in learning more about this timeshare. I would like to know the maintenance fees as well as if small pets are allowed.
