The deeded week is 18, but it is floating time. You may select your vacation from 15 red weeks occurring from April to Mid-May (weeks 13-20) or Mid-September through October (weeks 37-43). Reservations may be made up to one year in advance, on a space available basis, in a unit of the same type you own, or smaller. Maintenance payments are due at the time of reservation. The 2012 maintenance fee was $784 for the week. That's only $112 a night for a 2 bedroom beachfront condo!
