Located in Wisconsin Dells, WI. 1 bedroom unit, sleeps 4, week 13.
Owned since 1998, nice resort, but unable to use it anymore.

I will give it away and pay for all closing/transfer costs, using Legal Timeshare Transfers. 2012 maintenance fees are paid for ($653.25).
