We are giving away our Park City timeshare that floats every year during ski season. We actually have two of these. It is a Prime week, annual use, 1-16 and 45-52. (Saturday to Saturday). You can call one year ahead and reserve any week you like: Xmas, Sundance, Presidents week. This is a 1BR1BA unit with kitchen. (350 sq.ft.) For years we reserved Sundance week and always rented at a nice profit. Sundance festivities are limited this year, but the film festival runs from Jan. 28 to Feb. 3rd. This year we have January 30th reserved as well as March 27th reserved for the second unit. Use of the 2020 week requires reimbursement of the MF's. Annual maintenance fees are 632. Buyer to pay transfer fee of 125. Seller is real estate broker and is experienced with the transfer process. We will handle the closing to close in 4-5 weeks. This is a great ski week as it is always hard to exchange into Park City. Park Regency is a well run mid tier resort and we have found them to be easy to work with.

Park City is a great ski destination with three mountains to choose from. We have two of these and I have sold one. Still have one left. Can rent at a profit if you reserve a Sundance or Xmas week.

Will also be willing to transfer timeshare with first use beginning in 2022. Skip this year's trip and MF's. Advantage is being able to make 2022 reservation as an owner of record one year in advance for the prime reservations: Sundance, MLK, Pres. Week etc.

Just got a Xmas reservation for 2021. Dec 18-25. Might be able to get following week as well. Super affordable ski timeshare.
