1 BR - 2 Bath Every Odd Year Lagoon View - Seller pays $100 towards transfer costs - no other fees. Great unit in the Pahio system and a great location on Kauai. Will use Ready Legal for the transfer. Unit Number available upon request.

Still available -seller will pay $150 towards closing costs!

Still available - Seller will pay all transfer fees. MF are ~$920 Every Odd Year.
