I have 6k annual points through WorldMark, owned in full. Mortgage is long paid off. These were purchased in the late 90s. We no longer travel and are looking to transfer ownership.

Maintenance fees are 253 paid quarterly and are up to date (last paid August 1).
We don't want or need to sell, just looking to transfer ownership. You would assume the maintenance fees only as the contract is fully paid. We will pay the 399 transfer fee. If anyone is interested or looking for points, I am happy to answer any questions.
