I'm sorry, This is a fixed Summer Week. I have no idea. We enjoy it there so much, we never though of changing to points. So many people with points can't get a summer week in Myrtle Beach. Regards, Zack

We have been RCI members for 15 years, we owned several timeshares, we own only 3 now. Many people we spoke to on vacation hated their point system resort and were trying to sell. They had good fixed weeks at their current resort. They said they could not get the high demand weeks the wanted. RCI has a law suit going on regarding their point system. We personally would never get into the point system. I'm sure there are some people thru experience have figured how to get improve their chances of getting a good week. Good Luck.

Thank you for the phone calls and your interest. I am aware of the Myrtle Beach timeshare you currently own, and that you are familiar the Peppertree Ocean Club. I agree that Myrtle Beach Peppertree Ocean Club that I am giving away for free, is much nicer. It's my personal favorite timeshare even though we own several timeshares.However, it is only a 1 bed room with sleeping for 4 people. Good luck, I'm sure someone here will sell you a 2 bed room. The resort's timeshare association person can give you the points value , if it is converted. However, if you check with the people that know, having a summer week that you can trade is stronger than points. With points everyone is trying to get the same high demand weeks, and its first come first serve. Its easier to trade high demand for high demand. Thanks for your interest. Regards, Zack

Are m/fees paid for 2012? I can't use this week this year, but am thinking about it for 2013.

Sorry!! An August Summer week in Myrtle Beach is not a Low demand white elephant like most of the timeshares offered here. We paid very, very little for it ten years ago, which is why we are giving it away FREE (given away for free with the buyer paying the closing fees and if the buyer want 2012 usage, they will also pay the maintenance fee). If it is not sold by July , we will rent it at a profit, which we have done the last 2 years. Health has stopped us from traveling. If you want it for free, you will have to pay the closing cost and wait till after the renter has used the summer week for 2012.. Good try, I cant blame you for trying. Regards, Zack 781-690-2213

Kevin, Summer Bay Orlando, Is sold, with closing Company , now. You waited too long. I still have August Fixed week at Myrtle Beach available, Weirs Beach Laconia Bike Week, Float Available. Had 3 Bike Week Floats, only one left. I have one July Fixed week at the Famous Tanglewood in Western Massachusetts for people that pay heavy for Boston Symphony Orchestra Summer Location Close to 6 Flaggs New England. My family went to the Cabana Terrace every summer during the 60's and 70's. It was a very nice place. If you google it an old post card comes up. I think there is even a group of people who went there. I know it was turned into a timeshare, probably in the 80's.
