Free timeshare.. Simply pay closing fees (you choose the closing agent) and the resort transfer fee.

Ownership is a deeded week 11 for even year usage at Westgate Vacation Villas for a 2 bedroom villa. Maintenance fees are estimated at $804. and will be due in January.
