I am a disabled veteran that has been unable to use my timeshare and desire to sell the unit. The annual is $843.26 and due January 4, 2012.

Dave H is a manager of the closing co.
I have used him for my Harborside Atlantis week months ago and have had great experience with his co.
Overall closing process took only 10-12 weeks which is fast work for Bahamian properties.

I know Dave has been purchased FL TS weeks too, so maybe he obtained this week as well, so seller could save closing cost for this week.

I know Dave also and he is one of the good guys in this business. His company specializes in Harborside transfers (among other things).
