Studio unit owned free and clear with all 2012 maintenance fees paid ($715). Giving it away and will pay all related costs = closing and transfer fee. Maint. Fees are on the other posted ad(should show up tomorrow), sorry, I went ahead and edited this thread - fees for 2012 were $715 - inclu. assess. fee of $114. The RCI trading value is 21 with the week being fixed and all red time. Hope this helps.

Sold this unit week

Thanks to the tugger website, we were able to find a buyer and complete the sale of our timeshare within two months. We used Legal Timeshare Transfers out of Cleveland,GA for the closing - very professional and reasonably priced. Thanks to the tugger community for your website and all the helpful info - I'm passing on the site to every timeshare owner I know!:cheer:
