Season 1 - You can reserve a week starting in February, March or April. Other times you can reserve within 45 days of check-in. Floating week not enrolled in RCI points.

RCI Gold Crown Resort!

Usage and maintenance fees start either 2012 or 2013.

Annual maintenance fees are $538.

Buyer pays closing costs and transfer fees. - would be happy to use legal transfer for $100. Resort transfer fee $125.

Is this one week in either the months of Feb, Mar or April or on a short time reservation?

The one week is for anytime between February - April. You would be able to book a week in any other months other than February - April dependent on availability 45 days out... Hope that helps! :)

Best advice:
- No reserve or starting price. Chances are, no one will "bite"
- Pay as much of the closing costs as you can. The more you pay, the more likely someone will take it. If 2012's Maintenance Fee is due in early January, you will need to have that paid, and you might ask for reimbursement.
- Make sure EVERYTHING is covered. How much the Maintenance Fees are, bedroom/bathroom size, weeks/floating/points, etc.

Basically, the more you cover, and the more information you post, the more likely someone will bid!

I agree with TS above.. I had listed it with a 10 day listing.. started the bid at $0.01 and had a buy it now for $1.99. Had put the details of the week on there along with all the other information I knew.. I offered to pay for closing with the buyer paying the transfer fee.. the 2012 MF was to be paid by the buyer and usage is given to the buyer.. now fingers cross for a smooth closing!

Any advice for ebay posting?
