The assigned weeks that can be booked 12 months in advance are weeks 10-14 (March 9-April 6), and weeks 48-52 (Oct 26-Dec 28). Weeks outside of this time frame can be booked 8 months or less in advance.

Yes, maintenance fee is due every year at the beginning of January.

Maintenance fee is paid every every year + is the same in use years. 2016 had the same fee as 2017.
