I am consolidating my Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort units and I am willing to give this ocean view unit away.

Unit number is 1501A/B, week 33.
No liens, 2011 maintenance fee paid.

You can have it for FREE, just pay any closing cost for the transfer to you.

I would consider a trade as well.
