The ownership can also be exchanged through Interval International (II). We have personally used Interval International successful for exchanges to places including Key West, Hawaii, and New Orleans.

There is no purchase price. I am offering this ownership free to someone who genuinely wants to use it. I will pay the closing/transfer costs. The buyer would be responsible for future maintenance fees.
