We stayed there once snd I believe building a and b are on the ocean, mostly one bedroom, a few two bedroom units.

I own there and building A or B are not on the ocean. Buildings C (Caribbean) and D (Dream) are the only buildings directly on the ocean.
However, this one bedroom Unit A 134 is in a good sunny location on the first floor across from the covered picnic tables, Gangplank pool and pool bar and Lighted Tennis Courts and parking areas. The resort's private beach access is close by as well. The maintenance fees should be $581.35 currently.

Sorry for the lack of response. I’m new to this forum and didn’t realize that I needed to check in frequently for messages because it doesn’t send email notifications. Entirely my fault, I apologize. Here is some additional info on the unit. I will try to figure out how to add it to the original post.

The unit is owned by my 80 year old mom who does not use the internet so if you have any additional questions, I’ll pass them along as well.

The unit is a 1 bedroom apartment style unit with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
