Deeded Ownership

One Bedroom Every Year Float unit. Unit is assigned at time of reservation.

The Unit is FLEX weeks 1-21 (January-May), 36-39 (September) and 44-52 (November-December)

Annual Maintenance fees for 2025 are approximately $500. The fees are due on January 1 for each year and late after January 31.

Oakmont Resort is affiliated with RCI and II

Closing costs and transfer costs are paid by seller.

Note: The use will start in 2026. Seller reserved week 39, September 28, 2025 to October 5, 2025. The buyer has the option of using the reserved week and paying the 2025 dues or starting usage in 2026.

The 2025 reservation dates can be modified pending availability.
