Annual usage 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Float week. First year available is 2012, and the 2012 fees have been paid ($700). 2013 fees is new owner's fee. I will pay for title transfer and closeing cost. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Newbie question: how does a floating week work? Can you reserve any week during the year or do you have a specific season?

I'm not sure. But I get a different week every year. I guess you can request a particular week at the beginning of the year or end of year for the next year once you pay the maintenance fee for that year.
