I honestly don’t know. I got the week without it going through ROFR (as a gift) but I’ve since heard all weeks go through ROFR (where ROFR is required)I have an email in to LTT so I guess I will see what they say.

As of right now I have a tentative taker of the week.

I think they will pass since it is a 1 bed. In the recent past they passed on all GC since they were unable to sell resale Las Vegas weeks.
