This unit is C11 week 20, fixed same time every year, just after the fishing season starts. You can exchange this with a nearly limitless bank of timeshares in the US and around the world through Interval International.
2 bedroom, 2 bath with a loft also, one BR on FIRST floor-- sleeps six, Full Kitchen.
18 hole golf course, full protected marina.

Weird, the website pictures don’t show up for me…if you can’t sell this I should think you could get your maintenance fees back by renting it out for a week. Looks like they even have a rental pool for you; https://thevillageatizatysresort.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/B-Spring-Fall-1.docx. You get 70% of $1400 about…$980, less maybe for housekeeping. I think you’d break even!

My friend had someone on her Facebook offer her place for the MF and we all went used it and had a great time. I’m totally booked up this year or I’d be interested…never been to MN before other than on my way through. Hang in there! Can you link to pictures?

I am from Minnesota and have stayed at Izaty's. It is a very nice place. Right on huge Lake Mille Lacs. Good walleye fishing. Good sailing and boating. You can launch a boat in their harbor and can rent dock space if you want to park your own boat. Not too far from an Indian Casino if you want to gamble. There is a nearby golf course.

Wikipedia says: "The lake has many species of fish including walleye, northern pike, muskie, jumbo perch, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, black crappie, burbot, and tullibee. It is one of Minnesota's most popular fishing lakes. "

By car, it is only about 90 minutes north of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

With such a low maintenance fee, it could be a good entry timeshare or good for someone who wants to join RCI or II and get access to getaways and last minute vacations.

thanks for your suggestions Creative! I will try to rent, too! Not sure how successful I will be, but sure worth a try. I will repost with a link to pics that works. . . or put them in here. I have none of my own, can only try by hitting their website and pasting link from there. . . I appreciate your input!

It is fixed, I am really pretty sure; do not believe it is "rebookable".
(I will call the Resort and verify because I do not understand the details as much as I should. . . ?!!)

Regardless, your point is good to make in the description:

Is this still available? Does this unit have a bedroom on the main level--looking at the floor plans, it looks like it does? My wife has mobility issues, and a full flight of stairs wouldn't work. We're in the Twin Cities.

Hello Dave,
I checked to be sure and it is, in fact, a fixed yearly week for week 20; cannot rebook to later date. This resort exchanges with Interval, not sure about RCI. . .

Ok. You may want to add that info to your ad. Many timeshares are floating, with regards the unit or week. if yours is a fixe unit and week, the ad should reflect that. A buyer would want to know that. Also, mention that Interval is the primary exchange company.

-- Yes, paid off many years ago. I own the property(one week); have the deed.
-- I have already exchanged THIS year(2023) for a timeshare through Interval in Arkansas -- two weeks from now. HOWEVER, I will pay 2024 maintenance fees early FOR YOU if you are truly interested at zero cost to you. You can use this and exchange this timeshare through Interval International to go ANYWHERE-- including Izaty's, I believe.

I made a mistake. I got confused and my response was in error.
In FACT, the 2023 week is NOT deposited. (I had deposited and plan to use the 2022 week.)
So, the 2023 week could be deposited by YOU, if you buy, but I WILL pay for it. I am sorry for the confusion. But, it seems this should be just want you were hoping for. . .??

Anyway, with an Interval International membership, if you are not already aware, it is possible to "exchange" one's "deposited" week for another week somewhere else. So, in the future, you can do that too.
