4 bedrooms with lockout. Sleeps 12. Can be deposited as 2 weeks. Flexible unit per your request at time of maintenance payment each year.
Last year I received 14 TPUs for each 2 bedroom unit.
Maintenance fee last year was $1244 already paid for 2026. Next due date is 7/31/27.
Transfer will be by Clark and Bradshaw in Harrisonburg VA, which I will pay.
Will also include RCI membership paid up until 7/31/31 with 12 TPUs included, I will pay the transfer fee.
