Free Massanutten Resort-- 2021 is paid and reserved for December

Summit Timeshare, Blue Time, Yearly occupancy, Lower Unit (this is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath / sleeps 6 and it's every year).
We inherited from our grandmother 20 years ago and have never used it. I'm sure it's great, just doesn't work for my family.

I will pay title transfer fees.

It's "Blue" float at Summit. So my understanding is that the earlier you pay for the following year, the earlier you can reserve a week for the next year.

If I lived on the East Coast, I would be interested in going to Massanutten Resort, but I live in Alaska. No need to leave
