You can reserve any red week, 7-17, 24-33, or 50-52. There is no designated platinum, gold or silver season at Sabal Palms, It was built using red, white and blue season designations. This is a prime red week and includes spring break and Easter weeks, school vacation time in summer, Christmas and New Years weeks. Newly renovated resort. Located at Marriott World Center Orlando, with access to all the amenities.

This has been an excellent trader for us. We have traded it for Marriott weeks in Aruba, Boston, Breckenridge, Palm Beach, Miami and Hawaii in Platinum Seasons.

Buyer will pay closing costs, about $400 if you use Legal Timeshare Transfers or choose your own closing company. Last year's maintenance fee was $1.428.86.

Wow! I bought my Sabal Palms Week pre-construction in the 80s for about $13,000 and sold it about 5 years later for about the same. And now you are down to giving it away. What is this world coming to? I have to believe if you call Marriott there is a decent chance that they will give you something for it. After all a Red Week in a great Resort has to have some value...

Marriott takes deedbacks only, at least on these kinds of weeks. They won't pay anything for it.

The Red Sabal Palms Week being discussed is exactly what I once owned. I paid something like $12,500 pre-construction for mine. Others paid between $0 and $13,500 depending if they bought directly from Marriott or resale. And the best Marriott will do is a Deedback. Wow!!

a generous TUG offer. Unfortunately, there is not a robust resale market for most timeshares except for DVC, which depresses the pricing down to nil sometimes.
