Free Manhattan Club - every other year - Even.
1 bedroom, 2 bath
Gold Flex pkg (allows up to 3 saturday night stays if combined with a friday or sunday stay). Best package due to sat night stays. Manhattan Club doesn't even sell Gold Flex anymore. Can also stay nightly or book for a week.

I'm downsizing timeshares - as I have a couple of shore investment properties - and buying another - and don't have time to enjoy the timeshares I own.
