Transferee pays Grand Pacific Resorts $425 transfer and recording fee and 2023 maintenance fees of about $1850.

Is this a one or two bedroom unit, and are there specific usage weeks or is it just bookable when available. How far in advance can a unit be booked, including over the winter holidays?

Two bedroom free standing cottage. No restrictions, any week including holidays, 12 months in advance.
