1 BR at Desert Club Resort, formerly Las Vegas Desert Club, formerly Summer Bay, now becoming Orange Lake/Holiday Inn. Just received Gold Crown staus.
1 BR/1 BA, sleeps 4. Unit floats May-June-July. May reserve outside of season if there is availability within 45 days of check-in. 2011 maintenance fee was $541.00. I will pay recording fees for quit-claim deed and resort transfer fee of $100. E-mail floydnurse@hotmail.com
