Red season floating week unit on Lake Namakagon 2 bedroom/2 bath. Can be reserved any time during the year, except Birke week, 4th of July or Christmas.


1377 sq feet with a garage. Large balcony. Additional bonus weeks are available for $325/week.


The maintenance fee is $1100,


- A new program will allow you to own for just 5 years if you wish, therefore not being tied down forever if you do not wish to.


- Pets are allowed for a small fee.

-Vaulted ceilings, garage, gas fireplace, WIFI, DVD, Cable TV, full sized washer/dryer.

Remember, you can own for just 5 years and then get out of your ownership. Not often does a timeshare ownership have this ootion
