I have a 1 BR Bearview, Prime Season unit that can be yours for free! 1 week use every year, sleeps 4; weeks can also be split. Prime season are weeks 1-14 and 37-48, but you can use it any time of the year so long as units are available. Big Bear Lake is just 2 hours from San Diego and L.A. Snow Summit and Big Bear resorts are just minutes away.
2020 reservation has already been made for July 10-17 but can be changed.
These condos are right on the lake, just steps away. All Bearview units are lakefront condos. You can upgrade to a 2BR for just $30/night when they are available. Maintenance fees are $740/year. Maintenance fees for 2020 have already been paid.
