Nice resort. People will want to know that.

You should be able to edit your post to add that info. At the bottom left of the post window is the word EDIT. Click that, make your changes, and then click SAVE at the bottom center of the window. The Edit function goes away after a few days, but you should have time to do that. If you can't Edit it for some reason, send a message to @DeniseM, one of the moderators. She should be able to help with it.

Had a deal on this that fell through, so bumping it.

This property is a short walk to restaurants, the local street market, and the beach, among other local amenities.

If you don't find a ready taker for your t/s, you might consider sweetening the pot by offering a Visa cash card for a few hundred dollars. In addition to paying all the closing fees, a cash-back thing might get this the attention it needs. Also, consider putting it up on eBay. I've done that, and had buyers within just a few days.

Soleil management, worst kind of vacation club, just stop paying. They should want the deed back, but under their management the value of your real estate has been driven below zero. One day a ownership group will fire Soleil and sell the real estate, give them the deed.
