M/f is $539 ( which was already paid ) and I usually use Timeshare Transfer for closing which is $300.

Noodling this over. DH usually does an early June fly-fishing trip in this area, but the week may be a bit late.

Great catch for those who like close proximity into Yellowstone or fabulous fly-fishing in that area, and it's a good exchanger.
