Looking to sell my InnSeason Resorts Points Vacation Club.

The points are deposited in RCI for 2023. 65,000 points per year, which if transferred this year still has an additional 65,000 available to book by 12/31/2022 (total of 130,000).
Maintenance fee is $669.91

Closing and transfer fee to be paid by the buyer, no additional cost for the sale of the club membership. 2023 maintenance fee will be paid by me.

The points are enough to have multiple vacations each year. The locations are very nice and this account also allows to use the points with RCI Vacations.

Sorry, I’ve been unusually busy. 3 nights mid July came about to about 81,000 points, which if you carry points is enough. The other InnSeason sites have plenty of availability, such as locations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Pollard Brook, Harbor Walk, Falls at Ogunquit are all less than 65,000 points. Some as low as the 20,000 range for a booking.
