This belongs to my 97 year-old FIL and I am helping him downsize his timeshares. He uses Grand Pacific exchange and traded into Hanalei Bay Resort and other GPX resorts. Maintenance fees are $1150 and due in January 2025. First use is 2025 and you can reserve any week 1-52. He will pay all closing costs including deed prep (LT transfers) and grand pacific transfer fees. The resort is in Indio near Coachella and has 2 bedrooms/1.5 baths.

Does it include the CA taxes in the MF amount? I recall hearing CA charges the taxes separately and I don't really know how that works out. Does the resort work with II also, or just GPX?

The taxes are about $50 and I believe they are included, they are with my red wolf. I know it can also trade with rci but I'll check about II.

Taxes are included with the maintenance fees. I just gave mine away a couples of months ago and the closing company made sure that was the case

2024 week has not been used and he will also gift that week for use or to deposit into GPX. Reservations are made 2 years in advance.
