Hello there, I have week 29 at Ozark Mountain Resort in Branson, MO for free.
Maintenance Fees are $1089 per year.

This week is generally the last week of July.

Deed included Free Bonus time usage Sunday through Thursday and $50 on Fri and Sat. The bonus time program allows you to take 3 days at a time free at any of the old silverleaf resorts which includes 13 resorts.

First use is 2019 and you pay transfer fees.

Does any of the HIVC guru know if the "Free Bonus time usage Sunday through Thursday" on this Silver Leaf can be transferred to the new owner as a resale? I thought you must buy a Silver Leaf deed from HIVC as a buyback / resale to transfer the bonus time, otherwise it losses this bonus when resale? Also wonder how much HIVC does FROR on sales like Silver Leaf deeds? I am just starting to understand and looking more into Holiday Inn Club for my next TS. All new to this point and bonus thing as been RCI weeks for 7 years.
