Time share is paid off. Yearly points are 30,000. Yearly maintenance fees are: ~$350
Can Use points with RCI or transfer to IHG (will equal 24,000 IHG points, transfer to IHG ~$100)
It looks like I paid maintenance fees for next year too so wouldn't have any dues until 1/1/2027.
For home access: You may reserve from 3 years to 13 months prior to arrival date. This window is for a 7 night stay in the villa you purchased.
They also have last minute deals where you can look at resorts and book with less time all over the country based on availability
Can borrow 30,000 addn'l points, and rent 15,000 points.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of confirmation and receive 100% of your Points refunded. * All fees are final transactions and non-refundable. After the 24-hour grace period, you will forfeit Points based on the chart below unless POINTShield has been included in your reservation. Please note, any fees paid for borrowing or renting points are also final transactions and non-refundable.
Please be aware complimentary stays are final bookings. Any changes or cancellations to these reservations will result in the forfeit of your free stay.
