Hi, I want to get rid of the bay club deed as I am struggling to use all the points. I am willing to give it for free as long as the buyer pays the closing cost. We could go through LT transfer or other transfer companies that you prefer.
  • Week: Floating (High Season)
  • Ownership Type: Deeded
  • Use: Even Years
  • Next use: 2024
Floating Weeks: 1-18, 23-35, 42-52 (Platinum Season)

Next use: 2024

Maintenance fees 2022: $1,753.87

HGVC points: 11,200 (HGV Club membership is voluntary. Bay Club point allotment is only for enrolled Club members; new owner must enroll in Club to be allotted points.)

*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*

*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*

I’m interested in adding this to my other HGVC timeshare that I already own. Send me a PM and we can work out the details.

Hi there,

I'm very interested in adding this property, if the previous person falls through.

Thank you for the consideration.

Will

Before you spend any money on the transfer costs of this, you should be aware that bayclub may offer you a FREE deedback. Unless your just being a 'nice person' by giving it away on tug, free is free. Email your info to cynthia@thebayclub.net to see if your ownership qualifies.

Brian,
It would seem that AlanGa understood that they were not able to send a PM, but if the OP sent them a PM, AlanGa would be able to reply to it, wouldn't they?

yes, folks have indicated that new members can get/read private messages, just not send them. though that is not how I read the feature within the xenforo notes!
