Free Hilton Platinum week in Waikoloa, Hawaii -- Even Years, worth 7,000 points

I'm posting this in a new thread to highlight a free 2 bedroom platinum week. The resort is Hilton Bay Club Waikoloa, the use is even years only, beginning in 2020, weeks 1-50. Hilton's transfer fee is $50. Closing costs are $320 with LT transfers, and this year's maintenance fee is $1,587.64. You only pay the maintenance fee in the use years, not the odd years.

If you want to enroll the week in the Hilton points program it costs $609. It is a 2BR 2BA apartment, platinum weeks 1-50, and converts to 7,000 Hilton Grand Vacation points every even year. PM me please if interested.

The full saga is a few posts down in this thread.
