Thanks, Bay Club is a great resort, but a long way to go for us in Florida.

It's available again, buyers had financial problems and can't afford to close. Here's the deal. Free Bay Club Waikoloa, every even year, beginning this year 2020. You would need $50 Hilton transfer fee, closing costs of $320 with LT transfers, and this year's maintenance fee of $1,587.64. If you want to enroll in the Hilton points program it's an additional $609, one time, and there is an annual Club fee of I think $169 or $189. You don't have to join the Club but you should I think. It is a 2BR 2BA unit, platinum, weeks 1-50, and converts to 7,000 Hilton Grand Vacation points every even year. You only pay the maintenance fee for even years, not the odd years. PM me please if you're interested.

FYI, Hilton will not record the transfer without payment of this year's maintenance fee up front.

Can you tell me how much you par odd years for maintenance or basic fee?

I thought the total transfer cost is 2,886$

TBS Fee $349

Deeded & Recording:$1449

Hilton Transfer Fees : $479

Hilton Activation: $609

The fees in post #28 are correct. Your right to use the unit is in even years only, so there is no maintenance fee for odd years.

That’s what we do; a mid day flight to the west coast, spend the night, then a flight back to Detroit the next day. I’d rather sleep in a bed than a coach airplane seat (or for that matter most domestic first class seats. )
