Plantation Beach Club at Indian River Plantation is on the beach near Stuart, Florida. It is a HGVC Affiliate, which means enrollment is voluntary. If enrolled, you get the usual HGVC legacy benefits (club bookings, no Max, but eligible for "Destination Exchange").
The unit is a 2BR fixed week #4 (if enrolled, 8000 HGVC points/year).
PBC has a limited internal flex system, but restricted to Weeks 1-4.
Annual MF's were $1,774 for 2024 (+HGVC dues if enrolled), a tad high
but you're on the beach in Florida. MF's are due on 1/1 (45-day grace).
Closing Costs:
As an Affiliate, there are no HGVC transfer fees. I will pay closing costs:
estoppel fee, LT Transfers fee and recording costs, so you pay... $-0-.
To join HGVC, there's an on-site HGVC rep and a voluntary fee ($399).
