Phase 2..1 bedroom..platinum plus level..67,100 staroptions that float into any season..2016 maintenence fee of $1668 not paid, but have extra week thats good for 2016-17 that goes with it..
Buyer pays closing costs..ready to roll on this now..
Did i mention it is freeeee!!!!!!!!

I'd suggest as the seller/giver paying the 2016 week and the closing costs since they are higher than average due to the necessity of a Bahamas lawyer. Those 2 alone make it a $3000+ free timeshare.

yes, I will sweeten the pot..
will be willing to pay 2016 mf of $1668 which will give the buyer 2 weeks usage, or 134,200 staroptions to use in 2016. one of the weeks, 67,100 rolls into 2017 I think. buyer pays closing costs..
would like to ask denise the mod if I can scrap this listing and start over with new offer
