I think that is the closing costs because the property is located in the Bahamas. From the SO value, this looks to be a Platinum Plus 2BR Premium. The last reported MF in the database is 2014 and was $1,628.53. Perhaps the OP can confirm the most recent MF amount.

Closing costs are high in the Bahamas because you MUST use a local attorney for the transfer of real estate. Unfortunately, there's no way to get around it. Also, ada903's listing is for a 1BR with 81,000 StarOptions. (A 2BR lock out in the winter season would be worth 148,400 StarOptions.)
