Available 2027 - ultra Premium week (Fixed/Float week 20) at great location with views of Marina and Casino Entrance. The 2 br lock off villa is located in Building 7 (Phase I - Mandatory) on second floor of Check-in registration building. Immediately access to shuttle in front of Building7 office for transportation to main Atlantis Hotel area and water park.
Free and clear of any encumbrances- new owner is responsible for payment of transfer deed appx. $1700-2000.
 
The base assessed maintenance fee for 2026 was $4,090.36. In addition there was a tax of $454.78 and “other” fee of $202.38. Total $4,747.52
