I have a 2 bedroom lockoff, Phase 1, in what used to be the Silver Season (weeks 35-46). Deeded week is 37 with a Friday check-in.

Looking to give away. 2015 MF paid and is still available for use. Currently have a reservation for Thanksgiving week 2015 in a 2 bedroom villa at the Westin St. John.

MF is (cringe) $3,121.61. Projected to go down slightly for 2016.

Would be willing to discus closing costs.
