I have reserved Christmas Week Dec24-31, 2021 which would go to new owner for use or deposit.

The dues are $1509 every odd year, but not due until 2021. High rated resort and ratings are rising now that GPX has taken over. This has a path to private beach shared with another resort. A few years ago the won best pool, bunch of amenities, use trip advisor for pics and reviews.

Free to whomever pays closing and transfer fees whatever they are. Will use LT if they do Hawaii or whomever new owner chooses.

Ok I called LT and they indicated that GPX handles the transfers directly for $595 total so that would be the ask.

No interest seems a bit odd based on general purchase cost, mf’s and so forth on Hawaiian properties, but it is what it is so I’ve decided to deposit.

I love Kauai but your MF are too high for 1BR, you are not paying the tfr fees, and you are not offering bonus time.

No, absolutely no resale value. The value in a timeshare is in using it. Renting for MF's is not even a possibility. Use it yourself and enjoy, then give it away.
