I have a week 1-50 Presidential Suite at Hacienda del Mar, which is in Cabo del Sol, Cabo San Lucas, MX. It is located off the highway between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. It has two large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, etc. and sleeps 8. In other words, its a large two bedroom unit. Great for a family or two couples vacationing together.
It has 10 years left (use expires in 2025). 2015 was paid and used, so you use (and yearly payment) begins in 2016.
It is a very nice resort -- google it. The maintenance fee is $1682.00 (2015). The unit is available Mon-Mon or Sat-Sat any week of the year. I am finding it hard to find the time to use it every year, so I am willing to just give it away.
