Resorts Owned
Grandview-Las Vegas
Hello TUG community,

I am looking to give away my fully paid-off Grandview Las Vegas timeshare to a good home. My ownership is completely current, and all maintenance fees are fully paid through the end of 2026.

Here are the exact details of the contract:

  • Resort: The Grandview at Las Vegas (Nevada)
  • Unit Size: 1-Bedroom
  • Unit/Week: Week 52 (Highly desirable New Year's Eve week)
  • Current Usage: Converted to RCI Points
  • Annual Points Allotted: 61,000 RCI Points
  • Mortgage: Fully paid off ($0 balance)
  • Maintenance Fees: 100% paid and current through December 2026. The new owner will get the 2026 points/usage without paying maintenance fees until the 2027 cycle.
  • RCI Membership: My personal RCI membership is paid and active until July 2027. I am willing to work with the buyer and RCI to successfully transfer the points and account over if allowed, or cleanly transfer the deed so you can map it to your existing RCI portal.
Cost to Buyer: $0 for the timeshare, but the buyer must pay the closing costs and transfer fees. I intend to use LT Transfers (a trusted, low-cost, TUG-preferred closing company) to handle the legal deed transfer securely, which usually runs around $400–$500 total.

Please send me a private message (PM) here on TUG if you are interested or have any questions. Thank you!
