[This is not a free timeshare, because is has a mortgage on it, so I am closing the thread.]

Giving away my timeshare for:
-One bedroom
-Week number #16
-Located at the Grandview at Las Vegas, Nevada.

Resort/Timeshare is through RCI

I will pay for all costs to include closing, transfer, legal fees. All maintenance fees for two years after the transfer will be taken care by myself. Essentially all costs and fees will be taken care of by me.

The contract is annual.

This is a week unit. You can deposit it to trade or exchange.

If it's not paid for, it will be difficult for someone to assume a loan- especially with the number of FREE timeshares. Good Luck.

Since this is not a free timeshare (it has a mortgage on it) it does not comply with the rules of this forum, and I am closing the thread.

Unfortunately, there is no way to give away a timeshare with a mortgage on it, until you pay it off.
