It seems you joined recently so here is a little advice. Now that you have found a buyer, I strongly recommend giving the contact information of the buyer to a reputable transfer company to handle the transfer.
Don't be enticed by buyers saying they will handle all the transfer. You have already agreed to pay for the transfer cost. Just follow through with the above advice and save yourself some headache.
