I own way too many weeks so I'm looking to give some away.

Free to a good home is a 1 bedroom summer (gold) even week at Sheraton Mountain Vista.

Gold/Summer season is weeks 21-39

These can be used for some pretty good trades because Starwood weeks get first look at exchanges to other Starwood properties in Interval. A free week is a great way to test out the Starwood preference in II.

Maintenance is paid up and I'll do the closing for free, so you don't pay a cent out of pocket.

Your usage will start with 2014, which means you can deposit to Interval and do an exchange as early as 1/1/2013. That's also when your first maintenance payment is due. For 2012, dues were 380.09. (Note that Starwood bills annually even for EOY weeks.)

When you say dues were $380.09 in 2012, does that include program fees and
property taxes?

A little info. - this is an every-other-year timeshare, so the MF is $380.09 every year, and usage is every even year.

There are no program fees, because this resort is not in the Starwood program, unless you buy it from the developer.

I believe, but I'm not sure, that taxes are included.

Yes, it includes property tax. The unit isn't in SVN, so there are no SVN fees.
