My wife and I are no longer using our ownership at R Ranch since we bought in the area. We are willing to give it away.
We are willing to pay all transfer fees. You'll have to pay background check fees and then the annual owners fees.
This is a BEAUTIFUL place and all the staff are GREAT and very helpful!
